Job Description

Arch is looking for a sharp, self-starting social media manager to own and grow our online presence across Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and beyond. Youll be at the center of how we show up to the world - helping us amplify our voice, engage the community, and tell our story at the intersection of Bitcoin, credit, and alternative finance.

What You'll Do

• Own and execute Archs social media strategy across all platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Write, design, and publish content thats educational, bold, and aligned with our brand voice
• Work with our team (and external designers) to bring campaigns, visuals, and events to life online
• Engage with our followers, respond to DMs and comments, and track conversations in the ecosystem
• Collaborate on broader marketing efforts (e.g. email, podcast, paid campaigns, partnerships)
• Track performance and suggest optimizations based on insights and metrics

Requirements

• 15 years of experience in social media, content, or marketing roles
• Deep knowledge of crypto you must understand Bitcoin, be crypto-native, and understand the culture around it
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging social content across multiple channels
• Autonomous and resourceful you take initiative and figure things out fast
• Solid writing skills and an eye for design (bonus if youve used tools like Canva or Figma)
• Curious, sharp, and not afraid to post something bold

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience running paid ad campaigns (X, Meta, LinkedIn)
• Familiarity with analytics tools and social scheduling platforms
• Past work at a fintech, crypto, or financial services startup
