Ideal for someone with:

Technical refining background

Strong project & team management experience

Proven leadership in safety, scheduling, and client coordination

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee field teams, safety compliance, and daily operations
• Manage multiple projects, foremen, and union staff
• Build strong client relationships & drive project performance
• Monitor budgets, tools, billing, and quality control
• Lead training, evaluations, and workforce development

Requirements:

• 10+ years technical oil & gas experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
