FOOTWEAR DESIGN: WE KNOW HOW TO CREATE GREAT PRODUCTS!

As an Apprentice you will be directly involved in the complete product development process from design and initial prototyping to final release. Be a full and responsible member of the team and support us to become better every day!

YOUR TASKS

• Gather relevant trend and consumer information for the footwear design team
• Create concept sketches for footwear alongside the footwear design team
• Assist the footwear design team in daily business to design a variety of concepts, from conceptualization to final approval and product development
• Assist with CAD revisions, color updates, defining materials, 2D tooling tech drawings and completing tech packs
• Ensure that the concepts align with the Seasonal Creative Direction
• Work collaboratively with cross functional team (Surface Design, Product Development, Product Managers)

YOUR PROFILE:

• A motivated self-starter and team player
• Recent graduate of Industrial, Footwear or Accessory Design, or comparable program/certifications
• Fluent in English language skills (written & spoken)
• Strong sketching and rendering skills to communicate concepts and ideas
• Ability to work in fast paced environment with cross-functional teams and handle multiple tasks
• Previous design experience or footwear product building experience is a plus

• All Apprentices will be paid hourly
