Job Description

Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Healthcare Data Entry Coordinator to support our Network Services team in managing contract documentation and system uploads. As a Healthcare Data Entry Coordinator, you will play a key role in maintaining data integrity and quality assurance across multiple platforms. The ideal Healthcare Data Entry Coordinator will be comfortable navigating shared drives, using Microsoft Office tools, and handling sensitive healthcare data with precision. Location: Rosecrans Ave and N Sepulveda Blvd, in El Segundo, CA Hours: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch) Length of Assignment: 6-months Responsibilities: + Load contract documents into Contract CDM systems, including Salesforce. + Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, etc.) for communication and task management. + Navigate and retrieve documents from multiple shared drives. + Upload selected files into target systems accurately and efficiently. + Apply basic document identification and classification based on training. + Maintain quality assurance and consistency across various document types. + Provide general administrative support to Network Contract Operations. + Participate in audits to ensure contract accuracy and completeness. + Use Smartsheet and departmental tools to track task progress. Requirements Requirements: + High school diploma or equivalent required + Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a Managed Care or healthcare-related setting (IPA, physician office, hospital, etc.). + Experience working with shared drives and data uploads. + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures with minimal supervision. + Experience with Smartsheet and Salesforce is a plus.
