This is a full-time position with the flexibility to work some nights and weekends as needed, ensuring that every event, lesson, and service runs smoothly.

As our Golf Professional - Assistant General Manager, you'll seamlessly blend hospitality management and golf expertise. On the management side, you'll oversee all aspects of our hospitality business, guiding your team through food and beverage procedures, maintaining inventory, and ensuring smooth opening and closing routines. You'll lead by example, monitoring staff competence, participating in operations, and maintaining our high branding standards.

On the golf side, you'll bring your PGA Professional expertise to life by managing X-Leagues, organizing kids' golf camps, and providing top-notch golf lessons. You'll also oversee customer life-cycle funnels to enhance retention and satisfaction. Whether you're leading a league or training your staff, every day will be a mix of rewarding challenges and fulfilling accomplishments.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

• 21+ years of age
• PGA Professional certified
• Virginia Manager's Alcohol Responsibility Training (MART) certification
• 1+ year of experience as a Level 1 PGA Professional instructor (minimum of an associate professional pipeline)
• 1 year of indoor golf simulator experience
• Experience in golf instruction, league management, and customer service
• Sales and marketing experience
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, fun, and energetic sports bar and entertainment facility
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Passion for golf and a commitment to promoting the sport

Having a food and beverage management certification and experience would be a huge plus but not required for this Golf Professional - Assistant General Manager role!
