Background The 66th Force Support Squadron (FSS) at Hanscom Air Force Base (AFB) is seeking a Front Desk Data Entry Specialist for the Military and Family Readiness Center (M&FRC). The mission of the FSS is to support military personnel and their families by providing essential services and programs. The goal of this contract is to ensure efficient front desk operations, facilitating communication and scheduling for M&FRC classes. Duties & Responsibilities The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks: 1. Receive telephone calls and greet visitors at the front desk. 2. Ascertain the nature of calls or visits and direct clients to the appropriate program manager. 3. Schedule clients for M&FRC classes. 4. Provide complete and clear information addressing routine or procedural issues. 5. Perform clerical and administrative duties, including entering required information/data into the AFFIRST database system and maintaining its currency. Requirements BA Degree Active DOD Secret Clearance 3-4 Years Experience in a fast-paced office environment
