Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Commercial Insurance Account Manager with previous experience in real estate accounts. This role requires a deep understanding of the insurance industry, the real estate market, and a strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for real estate clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions to meet client requirements.
Implement risk management strategies and provide proactive advice to clients on minimizing potential risks.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service and timely communication.
Monitor policy renewals, endorsements, and claims to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market changes to provide informed guidance to clients.

Qualifications/Requirements

3+ years of relevant industry experience preferred.
Previous experience with real estate accounts is required.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office suite.
An active P&C (Property and Casualty) License is required.
