Boring Mill Operator – Day Shift
Location: Tulsa, OK
Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00PM
Salary : $41-42K Annually
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Boring Mill Operator to join a leading team in precision manufacturing. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced machinist who takes pride in their work and thrives in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
Set up and operate horizontal or vertical boring mills to perform precision machining of large metal components.
Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions to ensure accurate machining.
Perform precise measurements using calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools.
Monitor machine operations to detect any malfunctions or deviations from specifications.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment and ensure a clean, safe workspace.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and quality standards.
3+ years of experience operating a horizontal or vertical boring mill.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and machining specifications.
Strong understanding of machining principles, cutting tools, and measurement techniques.
Experience with overhead cranes and handling large components preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training a plus.
