Job Title: Body Shop Technician

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Body Shop Technician to join our team of automotive professionals. As a skilled Body Shop Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their pre-accident condition start to finish. From minor dents to major collision damage, you will use your expertise to assess, repair, and refinish vehicles, ensuring the highest quality of workmanship. We request that experienced technicians only apply.

Responsibilities:

• Perform body repairs, including straightening, welding, and panel replacement.
• Repair and replace damaged components, such as bumpers, fenders, and doors.
• Perform structural repairs and frame straightening.
• Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Body Shop Technician.
• Proficiency in all aspects of automotive body repair and refinishing.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, parts, and materials.
• Ability to operate and maintain body shop equipment and tools.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid driver's license.
• I-CAR or ASE certification is a plus.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
